It is summer, isn't it?

Summer is supposed to be a time of "lobster skin", corn on the cob and walks along the beach. Also importantly to me, a time when my clusters ease enough to crack a smile or maybe even a laugh. Not this year. At least, not so far. I'm not exactly sure why the weather is so messed up. Please don't say global warming. The sun has been amazing. However, after just a few days the rain comes in just enough to amplify this cycle. Arr!!! Here I keep hoping that I have finally switched to an 'episodic' cluster headache sufferer. Not a great hope, but the idea of continuing for 30 decades more as a chronic sufferer has a way of destroying ones moral. Oh well, not much I can do to on that front. I am not looking for sympathy. Every year I am able to better control my pain levels. Here is looking at a Kip Scale 0!
Here is a link entitled The 10 Steps to Overcoming Pain. Definitely worth a read.

, atMedical terminology can cause confusion at the best of times. If there is a word you do not understand all you have to do is double-click on it and the definition will appear! Don't forget to drop me a line by email at versilleus@gmail.com with your comments, questions‚ recommended resources‚ concerns‚ & especially your experiences with clusters. Or come find me on my Facebook Profile to add me as a Friend. Whether you are a supporter‚ care-giver or sufferer. I would love to hear from you!
*Please do not use this information for self diagnoses. Writing about my experiences with chronic cluster headaches & epilepsy is a good outlet for me. Consult your Dr. with any kind of headache or chronic pain you may have. The 3rd party links on my site I have found to be a good resource to me over the past few years & dearly hope they will benefit you as well.*
