Happy New Year's Clusterheads!

Tuesday, January 01, 2008

Welcome to 2008 everyone! This year has flown past. I decided not to bother with resolutions this year but of course there are things that would be nice to strive for. Like more pain free days. If New year's Eve is a sign of things to come then I am in big, big trouble. The cluster headaches had drained me so completely that I was asleep by 5 pm. Woke up multiple times through out the night with attack after attack. They were not overly painful, as far as clusters go, but just enough to keep from a good nights rest. But that is life. No sense dwelling on it.

Still I am more hopeful than I was at the start of 2007. Maybe this is the year that cluster headaches will stop completely for one, and hopefully a great deal more, of us. As long as we have the support of other cluster sufferers and the people who support us unconditionally we will be alight.

Wishing everyone the best and most pain-free year to date!

Paul

Medical terminology can cause confusion at the best of times. If there is a word you do not understand all you have to do is double-click on it and the definition will appear! Don't forget to drop me a line by email at versilleus@gmail.com with your comments, questions‚ recommended resources‚ concerns‚ & especially your experiences with clusters. Or come find me on my Facebook Profile to add me as a Friend. Whether you are a supporter‚ care-giver or sufferer. I would love to hear from you!

*Please do not use this information for self diagnoses. Writing about my experiences with chronic cluster headaches & epilepsy is a good outlet for me. Consult your Dr. with any kind of headache or chronic pain you may have. The 3rd party links on my site I have found to be a good resource to me over the past few years & dearly hope they will benefit you as well.*
